How much does a website cost?
Every business is different, so we don't do one-size pricing, but you'll always get a flat, plain-English quote. Choose a one-time project fee (you own everything at final payment) or a simple monthly plan that starts with 14 days free. No hourly meters, no surprise invoices. The consultation is free, and you'll leave with a straight answer either way.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. New monthly subscribers get their first 14 days completely free. Cancel within the trial and you're never charged. Billing only begins after the trial ends.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts and no hidden fees. Cancel any time. We just ask for 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle so we can wrap things up properly and hand over anything you need.
Do I actually own my website?
Yes, and that's the point: your website is yours. Pay a one-time project fee and everything transfers to you at final payment. On monthly plans, full ownership becomes available after 24 months at no extra cost, and you can also request early ownership at any point, just ask and we'll work out fair terms. Why won't you put my site on shared hosting like the big-name companies do?
Shared hosting crams hundreds of strangers' websites onto the same machine. When one of them gets hacked, overloaded, or blacklisted for spam, everyone on that machine can pay the price, including you. Every 17 Solutions client gets their own private space on servers we run ourselves, so your speed, your security, and your reputation never depend on a stranger's mistakes. You'll notice it most in faster pages and email that actually lands in inboxes.
I'm not technical. Will I be lost?
No. Most of our clients aren't technical, and that's exactly who we built this for. You talk to a real engineer who explains everything in plain English, handles the technical side end to end, and answers the phone when you call. You run your business; we run the machinery.
Can you fix or take over my existing website?
Yes. A lot of our work starts as a rescue. We've untangled slow WordPress sites, fixed email that was landing in spam folders, migrated sites off failing hosts, and taken over half-finished projects. Bring us what you have and we'll give you an honest assessment, free.
How reliable is the hosting?
We target 99.9% uptime and back every site with daily backups, encryption, firewalls, and monitoring that alerts us to problems, usually before you'd ever notice. We also operate our own registered network with our own block of internet addresses (AS402397), a level of independence and security most small firms simply can't offer.
